Regular starting pay is $17/hour. If you are ex-military, have training in the martial arts, or have police training I will start you at $18/hour. I invest in monthly training for all staff who show promise and a willingness to work hard. Pay caps out at $20/hour for security staff, for security management pay will increase higher. This is a real company, all staff are W-2 and biweekly paid through checks or direct deposit. Working with my company you will be exposed to many different bars and clubs.”
