The Women's Foundation is still accepting applications for our Rock Star Fund!
Do you know a young woman, girl, or gender-expansive youth of color aged 12-24 who is passionate about creating social change in our community?
Have them apply for our Rock Star Fund by February 29 to turn their idea into impactful action!
As a Rock Star Fund recipient, participants will:
Receive a one-time grant of $2,000 to advance the recommendations of the BluePrint for Action and/or the DC Girls’ Coalition policy agenda.
Attend quarterly cohort meetings with like-minded participants, building connections and friendships that last a lifetime.
Receive personalized 1-on-1 support from Washington Area Women’s Foundation staff and community members.
Who can apply?
Young women, girls, and gender-expansive youth of color between the ages of 12 and 24.
Residents of Washington, D.C.
