Internship Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated International Affairs Intern to join the International Affairs Department, working within ASCO’s International Development and Education Award (IDEA) program. ASCO’s International Development and Education Award (IDEA) program supports the professional development of early career oncologists in low and middle-income countries by pairing them with a mentor, providing ASCO membership, and working with them to conduct ASCO programs in their countries. The intern will contribute to ASCO’s IDEA Program by analyzing action plans developed by IDEA Program participants. The goal of this internship is to evaluate dissemination trends and outcomes with an interest in possibly publishing the results or submitting an abstract.
