🌟 Up to $10,000 Mini Grant Opportunity with the Bellevue Family Success Center at Community of Hope [SP]

Community of Hope is seeking qualified partners to implement creative ways to support emotional wellness and self-care programs for our new Bellevue Family Success Center. Programs might include art therapy, gardening, meditation, holistic health, mindfulness, fitness, etc.

We invite applicants to submit a proposal for a mini-grant opportunity by no later than Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at 5:00 pm.

Our goal for the Bellevue Family Success Center is to improve health and reduce inequities, with a focus on emotional wellness through community engagement, continued evidence-based practices, collaboration, integrated health care, and social services. We envision the Bellevue Family Success Center as a place where families feel welcomed, respected, and valued upon entering the building, and where families can get the services they need in a timely manner.
