  • 43-year-old Darnell Atchison of Southeast, DC, was arrested for an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle offense that occurred in the 2500 block of Alabama Avenue, Southeast. CCN: 23-143-942

  • 26-year-old Regina Brawner, 23-year-old Lanijah Carter, and 23-year-old Isaiah Wynn, all of Northeast, DC, were arrested for an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle offense that occurred in the 3900 block of South Capitol Street, Southwest. CCN: 23-144-281
