The room is available for November move in. Lease is month-to-month, after 2 month minimum however, stay as long as you like! You'd be joining myself and three other housemates in our Congress Heights 5-bedroom home. We're all working professionals.
We're a 2-minute walk from the Congress Heights Green Line Metro. 2 stops from Navy Yard, 4 stops from L'enfant, 14 minute commute to gallery place, and less than 25 minute commute to the White House with transfer.
5 minute walk to the nearest grocery store, Giant.
The room is HUGE and move-in ready with a HUGE closet, your very own comfortable queen-size bed, pillows, linens, side table, lamp and towel. Shared bathroom with 2 others (sometimes 3); half bathroom on first floor. All rooms upstairs. (1 room available downstairs for a short term stay)
Our HUGE house is fully furnished with a complete kitchen, dishes, cooking utensils, oils, and spices. We supply non-toxic laundry detergent, dish soaps, hand soaps, and toilet paper, for the house and like to share items when applicable.
For street parking, your car must be registered in DC to park in Zone 8.
Sorry, no furry pets, no smokers.
