CRITICAL MISSING | Randolph Bell, 69

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 69 yr. old Randolph Bell, who was last seen in the 3900 Block of 4th Street, SE on January 13, 2022. The incident was reported on Sunday, January 16, 2022. 

Randolph Bell is described as a black male, 5’06” in height, with a medium complexion, 164 pounds, black/ gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hat with white lettering, brown jacket, multi colored sweater, a green shirt, dark blue jean pants and brown boots. The missing person is in need of medication.
