The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 35-year-old Kemi Owens and 3-year-old Isabella Owens, who were last seen in the 200 block of Channing Street, Northeast, on Friday, March 11, 2022. This incident was reported on March 15, 2022.

Kemi Owens is described as a black female, 5’7” in height, 140 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be with her daughter, Isabella Owens. Isabella Owens is described as a black female, 3’1” in height, 35 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. Their clothing description is unknown. Kemi is believed to be driving the pictured blue 2017 Honda Civic with MD tag FR6867.
