CRITICAL MISSING | Elliot Wayne Duvall, 15

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Elliot Wayne Duvall, who was last seen in the 4200 Block of Southern Avenue, Southeast, on Sunday, March 14, at 1000 hours.

The incident was reported on Wednesday, March 17, 2021.

Elliot Wayne Duvall is described as a black male, 5’3” tall, 140 pounds, medium complexion, with brown eyes and short black hair.  He was last seen wearing dark jeans, a black hooded shirt, black/red Jordan shoes, and a jean jacket
