The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Ciara Doughty, who was last seen in the 2100 block of Minnesota Ave, Southeast, on Saturday, September 18, 2021. 

Ciara Doughty is described as a black female, 5’6” in height, 300 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her clothing description is unknown. She may be in need of medication.
