CRITICAL MISSING | Aliss Avila-Torres, 13

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Aliss Avila-Torres, who was last seen in the 3300 block of 16th Street, Northwest, on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at 9:00 PM.

Aliss Avila-Torres is described as a Hispanic female, 5’5” in height, 130 pounds, with brown eyes, medium complexion and black shoulder length curly hair. She was last seen wearing a black shirt with a photo of a rapper called Bad Bunny on the front, black jeans and white sandals.
