Responsibilities

Some of the duties you will perform but are not limited to:

  • Lead and execute short and long-term marketing strategy to inform Americans of opportunities to participate in AmeriCorps, Senior Corps and the national days of service.

  • Design, develop and execute marketing plans. Run discovery process with key stakeholders, set goals and objectives, manage budget, and implement using a mix of in-house and agency resources.

  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in meeting strategic objectives, prepare regular reports, and use data to make informed decisions

  • Oversee implementation of new branding: establish and maintain a consistent brand experience across platforms, educate others on new brand standards and ensure compliance.

  • Support the development and maintenance of a new website, working with web design agency, guide team in best practices for user experience, SEO, and measurement.

  • Manage creation of compelling, high quality creative content for owned, earned and paid channels. Direct production of videos for internal and external use, lead development of public service announcements, brochures, digital ads, and event collateral, etc.

  • Promote significant events, such as the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service and the September 11th National Day of Service and Remembrance.

  • Manage creative agency and other vendors, provide direction and oversight to ensure strong ROI.
