(Washington, DC) – The District’s reported data for Friday, January 29, 2021 includes 248 new positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall positive case total to 36,662.

The District reported that two additional residents lost their lives due to COVID-19.

  • 85-year-old female

  • 93-year-old male

Tragically, 909 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.
