CC Prep's Student Support Specialists are trained to help

Every new CC Prep student is assigned a Student Support Specialist. Together, they establish goals and develop the student’s career map that charts students' performance targets. They meet on a bi-weekly basis and data from CC Prep’s Student Data Management system is used to inform the conversation. The Student Support Specialist (SSS) is also trained to provide case management and referral services through our partner relationships. The Student Support Specialist focuses in on student progress in the core skills of Reading, Mathematics, and Computer Literacy and tracks all academic and training progress. These trained, qualified individuals are the link to both academic improvement and supportive services that takes away the barriers to student success.
