Call for Congress Heights Day Parade Participants
“It is that time again when the Congress Heights Community Association hosts its 38th Annual Congress Heights Day Parade culminating with Art All Night – Soul of the City. This year the parade will be held on September 14th 2019 starting at 4pm. All of us will march from Ballou High School parking lot located at 3401 4th St SE, Washington, DC 20032 to 2700 Martin Luther King Jr Ave SE, WDC 20032. I hope you noticed we said “ALL” because we are counting on you, your family and/or organization’s participation to make this year’s event a success. This year has been the year of great things in Ward 8 and Congress Heights, we look forward to everyone coming to the Soul of the City to be a part of the greatness!
