Established in 1912 by residents for the purpose of gathering a community of neighbors who cherish our east end neighborhood and strive to preserve its historic attributes, the Deanwood Citizens Association has a rich legacy of civic engagement filled with inspiring examples of dedication and community cooperation.

DCA monthly meetings are held the 4th Monday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at the Deanwood Recreation Center, 1300 49th Street NE. During COVID-19 we are meeting virtually on ZOOM.  We look forward to seeing you there!
