August 17 | Community Cleanup and Fix-It Fair

Join our Friends Corps Grounds Crew and Casey Trees to help care for Anacostia Park. Activities will include invasive species removal (training provided), trash cleanup, and other projects needed to help keep the park a safe and welcoming place for all. Supplies are provided. Meeting point is the skating pavilion.

Our August Park Care Day will also feature a fix-it fair with the DC Department of Energy & Environment! Attend the Fix-It Fair and receive FREE one-on-one diagnostic and repair support for an item you love and can't let go of. Services include basic fabric/clothing, small household appliances, and bike repairs. Sign up below for your slot.
