Join Pepco as representatives from our Customer Care teams will be on-site to:

*Provide support to customers that may need Billing/ Payment assistance options (enrollment in installment plans, budget billing, etc.).
*Provide information on energy assistance programs.
*Provide energy conservation information for customers to assist them in lowering their energy bills and reduce their carbon footprint.

In addition to providing billing assistance, representatives from Pepco will also be available to provide information on utility employment and training opportunities.

Pepco is proud of its long history in serving the District of Columbia, which exceeds 100 years. We are pleased to be partnering with Ward 8 Councilmember Trayon White on our first Pop-Up Office event in the District. This represents another opportunity to assist our valued customers on billing, affordability, energy conservation as well as employment and training opportunities with Pepco.
