Are you feeling disconnected as a family? Are you and your children feeling the stresses of the past year?

Join Project Create for Heart Space, an 8-Week Family Art Therapy Group where families can strengthen their relationships and have fun together through art-making with Project Create Art Therapist Anais Lugo-Axtmann.

April 21st - June 16th (UPDATED)
Wednesday nights 5:00-6:30PM
For families with elementary school-aged children, ages 6-10.

During weekly 1.5-hour virtual sessions, you and your family will learn and use new art techniques to increase emotional wellness, decrease anxiety, and build resilience while connecting with each other. 

FOR DC RESIDENTS ONLY. No art experience is necessary. All art supplies are included and can be picked at Project Create (You will receive an email for Art Material pick-up after registration). In addition to the group sessions, families will have the opportunity to participate in two one-on-one sessions with our art therapist, to work towards your individual family goals.
