Application for Ward 8 Delegate to the DC Democratic State Convention

The DC Democratic State Convention takes place Saturday, April 18, 2020. We are building a team of 80 delegates, plus 5 alternates to represent the Ward at the convention. If you are interested in becoming a Ward 8 delegate to the state convention, please complete the application below.

The suggested donation is between $20-30 to help defray the cost of the convention and to support high school delegates.

As a member of the Ward 8 delegation, you will be responsible for shaping the DC Democratic Party's platform and joining in caucus for the selection of the District's delegates to the Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
