ANC 8A Troy Donté Prestwood not seeking 4th term
“To coin a phrase from Hamilton, “We’re gonna teach ‘em how to say goodbye.” So after much prayer, thought, and consultation with my family, I’ve decided I will NOT seek a fourth term as your Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner. I’ve pushed the boulder up the hill as far as I can, now it’s time for new leadership to take it the rest of the way. But we haven’t finished yet! Our work continues to bring safety, services, and quality back to our communities. Come 2021 I’ll still be in this fight with you but from the other side. ”
