Academy of Hope Adult PCS seeks Director of Finance and Operations

Academy of Hope is in search of a Director of Finance & Operations to build on a strong foundation of fiscal and operational management, and see AoH through its next stage growth. Currently an $8 million organization, AoH is poised to grow to over $12 million in the next three years. Our facilities are set to undergo a major renovation for which the Director will be the primary leader overseeing the process. The Director will oversee a team of 6 direct reports.

An ideal candidate will have strategic experience leading similar projects and growth, as well as experience overseeing IT, vendors, and accounting. The job description and instructions for application are found below.  

Position Overview: The Director of Finance & Operations provides leadership for operations function. This position works with the staff to ensure improved productivity and efficiency. Working with the Chief Operations Officer, the Director of Finance & Operations contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. This position works closely with fellow directors on all financial, operational, information technology and facility matters.
