Congress Heights Arts + Culture Center (CHACC) is a hub for innovation + creativity located in Southeast, DC.

​We encourage creatives of all ages through art exhibitions, workshops + community events. We have a mission to expose + inspire our East of the River family.

 CHACC continually strives to be a catalyst for change in Congress Heights + in the lives of its residents, while simultaneously extinguishing the negative perceptions + stereotypes of the place we call "home".
