CRITICAL MISSING | Kayla Richard, 15

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Kayla Richard who was last seen in the 1400 block of Half Street, Southwest on Monday, July 12, 2021.

 The incident was reported Friday, July 16, 2021.

 Kayla Richard is described as a black female, 5’3” in height, 155 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a burgundy top and blue leggings.
