The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Taylor Cowan, who was last seen in the 5000 block of Central Avenue, Southeast, on Monday, December 20th, 2021.

Taylor Cowan is described as a African-American female, 4’10” tall, 110 pounds, with black hair in a ponytail and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing glasses, a grey fur coat and white Reebok tennis shoes.
