Surveillance video in shooting death of Vivian Marrow

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Branch are investigating a homicide. Investigators seek the public's assistance in identifying and locating a person of interest in a Homicide which occurred on Monday, January 16, 2017, at approximately 10:16 AM in the 2400 block of Elvans Road, SE. The subject was captured by a nearby surveillance camera.
