I'm a little late seeing this but boy am I excited! This will be an amazing addition to the revitalization efforts underway in Anacostia. Increased foot traffic = a sales boom for local merchants and small business owners. As a former staff member of ARCH Development (a Ward 8 nonprofit) this was always the dream, to be a catalyst for more artists, small businesses and amenities coming to Anacostia. The past decade has brought so many wonderful things to Anacostia, things that were long overdue and very deserved!
