East of the River Film Series: Bridging Communities through Music and Film

This film series is designed to bring communities and residents together to experience unique films, panels and live music in Ward 8. The programming was developed by our community-led Arts Task Force in collaboration with staff from Washington Performing Arts and the 11th Street Bridge Park, a project of Building Bridges Across the River at THEARC.
