Today's Teatime @ THEARC

It's amazing what some seating, sunshine, and plenty of free ice tea can do! Today THEARC's "veranda" was buzzing with excitement and a sense of community. Teatime coincided with the Arcadia Mobile Market's weekly stop at THEARC. So much to see and to do at THEARC!
