This two (2) hour workshop training events assist the participant in understanding the processes involved in the development of a viable and comprehensive business plan, as well as, helping to establish a framework for undertaking the necessary steps to test a business concept and determine feasibility. The workshop facilitates discussion on the important elements of the business plan, and assist the participant in understanding their relative importance. During the workshop, considerable resource and reference materials are made available to participant.
