The Annual Congress Heights Day Festival consist of a Community Parade, a Mini Carnival, a Health Fair, and Educational and Cultural Enrichment Activities. This is an Annual Event that brings the entire Community together to celebrate pride, joy, love and family and community togetherness. It is also a time where we recognizethe valuable contributions made to make Congress Heights a great place to live.
