WASHINGTON, D.C. – January 29, 2015 – The residents of Ward 8 are invited to join the conversation as St. Paul Senior Living at Wayne Place kick off their first Town Hall meeting Monday, February 9, 2015 at 114 Wayne Place, Southeast (D.C.), hosted by Property Manager; Michael Tunstall. The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m.
This forum is an opportunity for D.C. Council Candidates to share their vision with the Ward 8 community. The following DC Council candidates are confirmed to join the panel discussion; LaRuby May | Trayon White | Sandra Seegars | Shelia Bunn | Marion C. Barry | and more.
M. Tunstall goes on to explain his inspiration for hosting this event, “This meeting is to support the residents of this community by making sure they get the information they need to make the best decision on who should fill the Ward 8 Council seat. This is important to me because seniors sometimes are overlooked in elections. I want the candidates to know that seniors still vote and want to be heard within any election.”
