The video shows Cuthbert getting up from her chair and walking over to where the man was. As the argument continues, Cuthbert began threatening and swearing at the man. She then pushed him in the chest, shoving him backwards. The man is not seen touching Cuthbert on the video, despite others in the crowd yelling at him for hitting her.

Police jumped in to separate Cuthbert and Johnson, and according to the YouTube post, a D.C. police officer confirmed that Cuthbert will be receiving an arrest warrant for assault.  D.C. police spokesperson Gwendolyn Crump told FOX 5 officers were indeed at the scene, but could not confirm that Cuthbert would receive a warrant. 

Crump said the matter is under investigation.
