REEL to Honor Local Leaders with Service Award on Tuesday, Sept. 23
WASHINGTON, D.C. (September 19, 2014)—The exceptional efforts of East of the River residents, educators, businesses and others often go unnoticed as they much prefer to work silently and behind the scenes, but they are making a difference in the lives of everyday people and in the communities we call home.
