Aug 1 | Rock and Roll Hoop Dance

Learn circus-style hoop dance in this intensive, absolute-beginners-friendly hoop workshop and performance with a no-holds-barred rock and roll soul!Learning hula hoop tricks will bring you abs of steel and the gift of a lifetime of showing off at parties. Even better, hooping is a great way to loosen up and blow off some steam (especially when coupled with some serious headbanging).
We’ll conclude the evening with a rockin’ hula hoop performance so you can get some awesome ideas to take home with you.

Wear your favorite ratty concert tee and bring your most daring, irreverent attitude – we’re going to have WAY too much fun!

Hoops will be provided and available for purchase. Adults, their children, dudes, dudettes – all are welcome.
