Ward 8 Rentals: Belmont Crossing Apartments starting at $695/month
The Advoc8te is starting a series on CHotR where I will be featuring apartments for rent in the 20032 and 20020 zip codes. In a time where everyone is lamenting the high cost of rentals in DC it sometimes seems that people forget that east of the river has the lowest rents in the entire city. That being said, at a time that low-income rental housing decreases in "hot" west of the river neighborhoods we are seeing more "affordable" housing dollars being poured east of the river.
The Advoc8te has to ask,"What sense does that make?"
