In Pictures | CREW DC Anacostia Tour

On May 20th The Advoc8te had the great pleasure of being one of the tour guides for Commercial Real Estate Women DC (CREW DC). We went around Anacostia and talked about some of the current and future retail and development projects coming to Anacostia. A great time was had by all and we were joined on the tour by members of the Anacostia community, Director Michael Kelley (DHCD) and the Anacostia Business Improvement District.

Afterwards The Advoc8te moderated an audience led question and answer session. It was a great way for the realtors and brokers to find out directly from local business owners and developers about the successes and challenges of being in Anacostia.
