Startup Middle School Summer Camp Howard University Middle School of Math & Science from July 7 to August 1, 2014.

This is project that we have been working towards since we were involved in a hackathon in Anacostia two years ago; last summer we did a camp with kids up in Baltimore and now we have a full camp session planned in a partnership with the middle school and the original Startup Middle School initiative.

Open to children age 9 to 14, the Startup Middle School Summer Institute is a collaboration of the Howard University Middle School of Mathematics and Science (MS)2, Social Sector Innovations, and leading mobile solutions firm, Clearly Innovative. We help students who dare to dream for big success in the 21st Century Global Innovation Economy. We believe that all children should receive the aspirations and skills tools that they need to create the next Microsoft, Google, Facebook, or Twitter. At Startup Middle School Summer Institute, our courses are built around your dreams of being an innovator and problem-solver in an increasingly connected world. The rules and codes of conduct of (MS)2 apply to the Startup Middle School Summer Institute.
