Including this report by the Urban Land Institute to educate and inform of us about real issues affecting our community such as the lack of retail in our business corridors. The report was easy to read and was very informative with easy to understand action points. I highly recommend reading it.
In particular I found the section on residential housing (page 15) very interesting. It tracks with what a lot of us have been saying about the need to increase homeownership and income diversity east of the river.
