"Construction is slated to begin on the eight-story building and its 336 loft-style units in the second quarter of 2014. Bethesda-based SK+I Architectural Design is designing the building to meet LEED Silver specifications; the project’s green roof is one facet of those requirements. Other amenities at 800 New Jersey Ave. SE will include a rooftop deck and pool and ten-foot ceilings.

It is to be the second phase of the Square 737 project, whose first phase, the Park Chelsea, is already under construction."
