Co-working at The HIVE 2.0 is fun, fun, fun.

You can never have too many entrepreneurs in Ward 8 and Anacostia has not one,  but two small business incubators. The HIVE (2027 MLK Jr. Ave SE) which opened in 2010 and The HIVE 2.0 (1231-B Good Hope Rd SE) that launched a few months ago. Both spaces have 24/7 access (for members) come with furnished private offices, co-working space, affordable and flexible lease terms, free wi-fi and meeting space -- the The HIVE 2.0 even has a washer and dryer. Both coworking labs are located in an Enterprise & HUBZone.  Literally everything an emerging or established entrepreneur needs to start or grow their business. I have the pleasure of running both locations for my amazing employer (shameless plug!) and nothing beats working with small business owners and entrepreneurs. It's a great environment for collaboration.
