WHO IS RUNNING FOR ANC IN WARD 7?

I just checked the DCBOEE website for the final list of candidates for the Advisory Neighborhood Commission elections. I was surprised to see that there was no longer an ANC 7A but there is now a 7F. If I recall correctly I heard something last year about ANC 7A wanting to have their name changed because of negative publicity surrounding 7A. If I recall that correctly it surrounded accusations by the DC Auditor in 2009 that one of the commissioners embezzled nearly $13,000 from the ANC's bank account for fiscal year 2008. In case you were wondering, the accused commissioner (who was the treasurer at the time) is running in this election (unopposed) for a seat in ANC 7F.  I will do a little research to see if the missing 7A is related to the redistricting of the ANC boundaries, which seems likely. 

Your thoughts on the candidates? Any surprises?

UPDATE: After conducting a search of the DC Auditor's website, the DC Office of the Inspector General's website, and the letters of opinion for the DC Attorney General's office I found no additional information on the DC Auditor's claims that ANC 7A funds were embezzled in 2008. I'm not 100% sure but it's likely nothing came of the matter. No idea if the funds were returned as the Auditor requested at the time.
