During this time community members, area nonprofits, businesses and entertainment will come to interact with one another in order to enjoy unity in the middle of the street. This event is the creation of Officer Arthur Douglas of the School Safety Commission of the Metropolitan Police Department. Since 2008, it's been an exciting way for service providers and recipients to engage in meaningful and peaceful activity. There will be food, 20+ nonprofits and agencies and local entertainment. Stop by and see what it's all about!
