DC Office of Planning + Vivid Solutions Print Lab team up on special Anacostia project

I'm not going to let the cat out of the bag - yet -  but I will say that this collaboration is creating something that is both creative and needed.  When completed, this project would have transformed a formerly blighted space into something pretty "illuminating." This is the first time something of this scale has been attempted east of the river but I have a feeling it won't be the last --- it really is that cool.

Be sure to attend the LUMEN8Anacostia Festival Finale this Saturday night for a sneak peek of the DC Office of Planning special project and be sure to attend their station at the corner of MLK Jr. Ave SE + Good Hope Rd SE. Representatives from Office of Planning will be on hand to provide information related to this installation.
