Join us for the 14th Annual Manna 5K Fun Run/Walk
on Saturday, April 21st. This year’s event will take place at Anacostia
Park (Skating Pavilion)!
This is a great day of fun to share with your family,
friends, or coworkers. This year, we are introducing the Manna 5K Team
Challenge. Teams will compete for prizes in the categories of: Most Team Competitors and Best Average Team
Time. The standard registration fee will be discounted to $25 per
participant registered with a team. To register a team for the Manna 5K Fun

The top three male and female runners will receive a prize, and all participants will receive a
complimentary T-shirt. After the race, join us for post-race activities
for more opportunities to win prizes!
