Please Ask Calvary Women's Services To Be A Good Neighbor And Meet With Anacostia
Despite numerous requests since August, CWS still has not had a meeting (public or private) with the Anacostia community or Advisory Neighborhoood Commission 8A. Please ask them to come to the table ASAP to discuss their plans to bring a homeless shelter to 1217 and 1219 Good Hope Rd SE. And if there are any other social services organizations out there with plans to expand to Anacostia and Ward 8 you would be well advised to do the same. East of the River is not messing around.
