The Commercial Dumper Strikes Again

This really needs to stop. For the past two months someone has been coming through my neighborhood in  Congress Heights dumping commercial materials such as tires, construction supplies, car seats, and as of this weekend -  traffic barrels. I haven't caught the dumper in the act but there has been a blue mack truck in the area with Maryland tags parking in the dumping area.

I really wish DPW or MPD would catch this irresponsible company. Our neighborhood is not a dumping ground.
