Survey  Instructions
The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities (DCCAH) and the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) are proud to present a public art survey for the corners of 1201 ␣ 1203 Good Hope Road, SE. We are interested in learning what kind of public art you would like to see at this site. The deadline for response in September 22nd, 2011 Midnight.

Survey  Instructions 
1. Read  through  the  entire  PDF  document. 
2. Review  the  five  public  art  options.
3. At  the  end  of  this  presentation  click  link  to  the  survey,  please   answer  the  questions  and  select  which  public  art  option  you  would   like  to  see  for  1201   ␣ 1203  Good  Hope  Road,  SE.

P.S. Don't have access to a computer or the internet? Hard copies of the PDF and survey are available at Honfleur Gallery (1241 Good Hope Rd SE), The Gallery at Vivid Solutions (2208 MLK Jr. Ave SE), and The HIVE (2027 MLK Jr. Ave SE). You can also pick up the survey at the Anacostia Public Library, Big Chair Coffee & Grill, and DHCD.  You can return completed paper surveys to The HIVE at anytime by using the mail slot next to the front door.

Only after you have reviewed the entire pdf packet with the options then complete the SURVEY. The options in the survey are just general examples, not the final choice for the location.  Once the option with the most support has been identified there will be more meetings with the community to select an artists and to discuss the direction and details of the final art installation. The survey is just the beginning of this process.
