Ward 8 Pictures Wanted - Deadline Extended Until Tonight

Calling all EotR amateur and professional photographers! 

We need more pictures of Anacostia and/or Ward 8. 

Deadline has been extended until tonight.

Vivid Solutions DC Digital  Print Lab is seeking photographic submissions from EotR artists for a highly visible public art project in Anacostia (on Main Street!) to be installed by the end of the month.  The preference is for images in or of Anacostia and Ward 8 but submissions of all types will be accepted.

Interested? Send an email to Andrea Hope at ahope@archdc.org. Please include no more than 2 or 3 images of your work for review. Only a limited number of images will be selected for the project.

Submissions are due COB Monday, September 12, 2011.

This is an unpaid project but a great opportunity to be a part of something beautiful and community conscious!
