Update on Bryan Talbott, Esquire Federal City Management and Private Properties LLC
The Advoc8te is still getting emails from people who allege they and/or their condo association has been the victim of fraud/embezzlement by Bryan Waitman Talbott and/or Chester Ransom through their companies Esquire Federal City Management and Private Properties LLC. Several of the associations claiming fraud/mismanagement are located East of the River. Brandywine Crossing One is one such association. From a TBD report:

A Google search of "Bryan Waitman Talbott" reveals:
In 2003 the Virginia Department of Professional & Occupational Regulation revoked his real estate license. You can view the full document HERE.

VIOLATIONS – Talbott acted as an agent outside his brokerage firm, constituting a conflict of interest; failed to deposit monies into an escrow account; engaged in misrepresentation/omission by failing to identify the party holding deposits; and failed to account remit monies in his possession belonging to others.
BOARD ACTION – Revocation of License No. 0205111342 and a $4,000 fine."
In 2006, a Virginia Title and Insurance company sent out a bulletin to their branches advising them:
"Effective immediately, all policy issuing agents are instructed not to accept any orders or close any pending transactions involving the below listed individuals or entity without obtaining express written approval from the listed Stewart representative.
Esquire, LLC;Bryan W. Talbott; andCharles Ransom, Jr.If your office has recently closed or has pending transactions with the named individual or entities, please contact the following Stewart representative IMMEDIATELY."

According to information sent to The Advoc8te, Brian Talbott owns a beach house in Delaware and a house in Ohio in addition to his NINE BEDROOM mansion in NW that was raided in May. The nearly 6,000 sq ft house is currently available for rent for only $6,000 a month - quite a steal!
